Currency exchange

We convert roubles into the payment currency at the Bank of Russia rate plus 0–0.3%. The mark-up depends on the currency and the amount: it is minimal on high-volume pairs such as CNY, AED and TRY, and higher on rare currencies.

The rate is fixed the moment you confirm the deal and does not move while the payment is on its way. You know the exact rouble amount in advance — the rate never runs away mid-transfer and leaves you topping up.

There are no hidden mark-ups: the fee is one line, the rate is another. The agent's report shows both, so the cost is easy to explain to your accountants and your owner.

All major and most exotic currencies are available — over 150 destinations in total. If a currency is not on the list, we will suggest a workable route through an intermediate conversion.

For regular volumes we agree bespoke terms and hold the rate for an agreed period.
